Michael has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry with exposure to a wide array of Clients and construction types covering nearly all market sectors. Much of his work has been focused on technical and technically-challenging projects. Having practiced both Architecture and General Contracting Michael is able to communicate effectively with both designers and builders, possessing the unique ability to partner with a Project Team to maintain design intent while ensuring constructability and cost effectiveness. Michael specializes in all aspects of tenant improvement and core & shell construction with a keen understanding of the design-build delivery process.
Arthur Salmon
Arthur has over 16 years of experience in all areas of facilities and operational management. Recognized for strong organizational leadership, effective group management, and planning / implementation of scaled solutions. Extensive experience with space design, build out, infrastructure and operational layout, building maintenance and the direct management of in-house core services. Key face of the organization for external vendors, architects and contractors. Internal liaison between executives and employees for the strategic planning and execution of a fluid research organization. Proven to be a strong team leader who is quick to respond and eager to solve complex problems in a fast paced, startup environment.
