An Opportunity Zone adaptive reuse of an existing building in a downtown San Jose transit corridor.

In a prime location, connecting San Jose State University with CalTrain’s San Jose Diridon Station, this Opportunity Zone development project is an adaptive reuse of the existing downtown Camera 12 theater building, currently abandoned, into much-desired office and retail space. The repurposed space will convert to 25,000 SF of retail space and 75,000 SF of tech office space. Significant interior and structural upgrades will be made to bear the weight of adding floors and mezzanines. This Project is under construction.
