This Project modernized Clorox’s approach to all their laboratory and workspaces.

This Project, on Clorox’s largest R&D campus, was the first in a new initiative to develop an interdisciplinary entrepreneurial culture to enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and align with Clorox’s brand. This New Scientific Workplace Project was comprised of more than 360,000 SF of renovations across four new buildings including Research and Development laboratories, a warehouse facility, a new pilot plant, a conference center, a café, and administrative offices. The transformation resulted in significant real estate and operational efficiencies.
