The Project brought together five separate Bay Area functions into one location.

Designed with transparency and collaboration in mind, the space successfully achieves AstraZeneca’s goal of putting science on display both for the employee population and the public. The space was built-out with flexible labs and an open-office environment separated by glass to maximize connection between program elements. High-quality finishes, central gathering spaces at a multi-level communicating stair, and a lower-level multipurpose conference area connects employees. LEED-CI Platinum.
